its a game i made

its kind apokemon style but a whole lot beter!!!

u go hunt as a pred to a planet named vertigo, u get many weapon kinds, theres hiden features, and a lot of surprises!

this was just a test so i can do somethin bigger!!!

ur a pred u go hunt humans and aliens, u win when u kill the queen, its kinda cheesy ending.....

u have many weapons, many enemys, and need to train a lot if u dont wana lose when killin the queen....

theres some dumb stuff

ur pred is kinda based on p1, ur possible partner is based on p2

theres a readme file included that tells the secrets but u dont wana read them before tryn it yourself...trust me

Expansion patch info:

I made a patch, but not a normal one.

this will make the game longer and add more tasks to it

theres new rooms, and you need to make more stuff before u enter queen room

everytime you play the game it may come out diferent, cause theres a lot of "variables"

for example havin old pred with u or not, goin to get old pred later in a certain part or not,
gettin net gun on ship or not....

theres really many variables!

also this adds 4 new creatures native to vertigo (planet ur hunting in)
and new environments, for example you will have swamps.

theres 2 new hive rooms, 2 swamp scenarios, a human base camp,
and a new forest scenario where u need to go kill a smartgunner (new human unit!)

this also adds some balance, for exampel queen was almost impossible to kill!
and dartgun when u fired multiple darts would kill everyone!

this was designed for ultra-light edition, may work with normal version but i dont recomend.

just copy everything into the game folder and replace all if it asks

because of the variable events, there may be some bugs, plz mail me if you find any!
i playtested this several times, but bugs may have escaped!

it was my first experiment with the proram i used to make the game

before releasing online it was only in my harddrive, only put it online 1 year after making it

took some time cause i was learning, then i made plenty of patches to fix lots of bugs

i also later made an expansion patch, which added more quests

but if i was alredy experienced i would have made this much faster

almost noone comented it in other forums.....

maybe someone would like to translate this thread into spanish?

if you translate dialogue i can even make a spanish version of the game (voice acting i also possible if someone shows intrest)

im making a new one, alien:legacy, but i only really work on it when i got nothing else to do, so its goin even sloer than this

but, if i dedicated more time to it, sure would be much faster, i dont need now to be searching where things are

the alien legacy demo, i took 2 hours tops to do it (1 hour each day during two days)

now im busy with avp. dna film, but il try to ge more time to finish the alien game,

you say you want to help?

do you think you can make hive tilesets?

(tilesets are the place where you move your character)

and maybe you could make an intro screen for the game? (just a cool pic with the title)

if you want even more work, you could translate all text you find to spanish (and i updapte the game) so i launch a spanish version

ok, now this is much better

added new status, new items (PLENTY), new trophie system, honor system, GORE ( among what was possible ), a new map, a new pred, a new skill, a new quest, fixed 2 or 3 spelling mistakes, there was something in portuguese, there were a bunch of bugs (in final quests, with weapons, and powerloader overall)

also made a manual, very usefull

it shall be up soon (once i catch rhadamanthys online)

map design aint anythign special, i dont really waste much time on it,

anyways, im learning rpg maker VX, so, expect a new game soon, planet travel and stuff, plenty camos (every specie from every movie i can think off )

im just trying to add battle damage grapichs, so if u low on health (or the enemys) you get all bloody

- events that need a certain honor (20%)
- animations on map including recreation of movie scenes! (20%)
